Absurdism, sarcasm, and a blunt, ill-tempered persona make up his comedic style. Hitoshi Matsumoto ( ?, Matsumoto Hitoshi), the boke half of Downtown. Downtown, one of the most influential and prolific kombi in Japan, who are known for their sarcastic, short-tempered stage personas.
